Italian Language Teacher

The Italian Language Teacher is responsible for teaching Italian language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, to upper-grade students. This role includes creating engaging lesson plans that promote cultural awareness and linguistic proficiency, while fostering a love for the Italian language and culture. The teacher will assess students\' progress, adapt instruction to meet different learning needs, and maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Italian, Italian Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

 - Teaching certification or license as required by local or state regulations.

 - Native or near-native fluency in Italian, with strong knowledge of Italian grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

 - Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with non-Italian-speaking colleagues and parents.
